These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the n baje platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets or wagers. By using n baje, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and n baje (the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager on n-baje.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the n baje platform. This document is written in English, and the English version shall prevail in all cases.
One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one active n baje account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Adults Only — 18+
n baje is exclusively for players aged 18 years and above. Age verification is mandatory at registration. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
Player Responsibility
Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. n baje cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by a player's failure to protect their password.
BDT Transactions Only
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and bonus credits on n baje are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept or process foreign currency transactions.
Fair Play Standards
All games on n baje use certified Random Number Generator technology from licensed providers. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated betting tools is a breach of these terms.
Terms May Be Updated
n baje reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between n baje ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and each individual who accesses or uses the n-baje.club website and its associated services ("Player", "you", "your"). By accessing n-baje.club, creating a player account, or placing a bet or wager on the platform, you conclusively agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms are supplemented by additional policies published on n-baje.club, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary policy explicitly states otherwise.
n baje reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where required by applicable law. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the n baje platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the n baje platform, close your account, and withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Section 4.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
18+ Only. n baje strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years of age, you must not use this platform under any circumstances.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on n baje, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. n baje is an adult platform and access by minors is strictly forbidden.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-natural legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
- You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of n baje, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not be accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order currently in effect on the n baje platform or any affiliated platform.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any court order, guardianship, or legal restriction that limits your ability to contract, you are not eligible to use n baje.
n baje reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or driver's licence issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe specified by n baje may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any winnings accrued prior to verification.
n baje employs automated and manual age verification procedures. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits made by the underage player will be returned where technically possible, but all winnings and bonus credits will be forfeited without exception.
Account Registration & Security
Each eligible individual may register one player account on n baje. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment method identifiers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. n baje cannot be held responsible for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. n baje strongly recommends that players:
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available to all n baje accounts.
- Log out of their account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
- Contact n baje support immediately at [email protected] if they suspect that their account has been accessed without authorisation.
n baje will treat any activity carried out using your account credentials as activity authorised by you, unless you have previously notified us of a breach of account security and we have taken steps to suspend access. n baje will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
Account verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) may be required before a player can withdraw funds, claim bonuses, or continue to use the platform beyond specified transaction limits. Players are required to submit valid identity documents upon request. n baje reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on n baje are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment channels, including Visa and Mastercard, may be available subject to periodic updates. n baje does not accept cash deposits or transfers via cheque.
Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your n baje account in real time upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. n baje does not charge any fee for deposits; however, individual payment service providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which n baje bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) hour of submission during normal operating hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the player's own name and must match the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where applicable. n baje reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.
Players are required to wager their deposited funds at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. Deposits made solely for the purpose of immediate withdrawal, without genuine gaming activity, may be declined and will be investigated for potential abuse.
- Withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
- n baje reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts not belonging to the registered player — are strictly prohibited.
- n baje will not process withdrawals to payment methods that have not been used for a prior deposit on the same account, except at the sole discretion of n baje management.
- Any bonus funds credited to your account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus withdrawal terms.
In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, n baje reserves the right to correct the error by debiting the erroneously credited amount, regardless of whether such funds have already been wagered. You are required to notify n baje immediately upon becoming aware of any crediting error.
Bonuses & Promotions
n baje offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to cricket tournaments such as BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits issued by n baje are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion-specific terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳20,000 before withdrawal is permitted.
- Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
- Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per payment method account, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
- n baje reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonus credits have a fixed validity period. Any unclaimed or unplayed bonus credits will expire upon the expiry date stated in the promotion terms.
- Where a player holds both a real-money balance and a bonus balance, real-money funds will be wagered first by default, unless the platform settings specify otherwise.
- Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion between players, arbitrage betting, or the use of automated systems to fulfil wagering requirements, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
n baje reserves the right to refuse, cancel, reclaim, or modify any bonus credited to an account where it reasonably believes that the player has taken advantage of any error, technical fault, or system vulnerability to obtain an undue bonus benefit.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on n baje are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. General betting rules applicable across all markets on the platform are set out below.
Bet Confirmation: A bet is only considered accepted and confirmed once n baje has issued a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference — whether due to a connection failure, a system error, or any other cause — are not valid and will not be honoured. n baje bears no responsibility for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each betting market and game on n baje carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed at the time of bet placement. n baje reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time, including restricting the maximum stake permitted for specific players or markets without notice.
- Bets placed after the official start time of a sporting event will be voided, except in live in-play markets where late bets are explicitly accepted.
- In the event of a manifest pricing error on any betting market — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — n baje reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
- All casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software from authorised providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. n baje does not interfere with or influence game outcomes.
- In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's server records, which shall be final and binding.
- Players must ensure that they have sufficient cleared funds in their n baje account balance before placing a bet. n baje will not extend credit to players.
n baje reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, or close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a bet was placed as a result of match-fixing, insider information, collusion, or any other form of corrupt activity. Such cases may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Prohibited Conduct
Players are required to use the n baje platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one player account on n baje.
- Fraudulent Deposits: Depositing funds using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
- Money Laundering: Using the n baje platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with the proceeds of crime. n baje complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to competent authorities.
- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting any bonus, promotion, or offer through collusion, arbitrage, duplicate accounts, or any other deceptive method.
- Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets, exploit the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
- Hacking and Exploits: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the n baje platform, its systems, or its databases; exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities.
- Collusion: Working with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino games such as poker, baccarat, or blackjack.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an illegitimate chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider for deposits that have been genuinely received and played on the platform.
- Threatening or Abusive Behaviour: Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language toward n baje staff, support agents, or other players.
- Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with n baje.
n baje's risk and compliance team actively monitors player activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above behaviours will trigger an immediate review of the relevant account. n baje's determination in such matters is final, subject to applicable dispute resolution procedures.
Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure: A player may close their n baje account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, n baje will process any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable pending bonus wagering requirements) as a withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within five (5) business days.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform on responsible gaming grounds may request a self-exclusion of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be deactivated and access will be blocked. Suspension by n baje: n baje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- n baje has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account.
- The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Continuing to operate the account would expose n baje to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
- The player has initiated illegitimate chargebacks or payment disputes.
Where an account is suspended or closed by n baje for breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited in full. Real-money deposits may be returned at n baje's discretion following an investigation, subject to applicable legal obligations. n baje's decision regarding account closures and fund forfeiture is final.
Inactive Accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. n baje may apply a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳50 to inactive accounts, to be deducted from any remaining real-money balance. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of inactivity fees. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after an extended period of inactivity.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of n baje that cannot be resolved informally through our support team should be referred to our formal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. n baje will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
